Established in 2013

Henry Ford, Founder and also CEO of the Company, started the Company in 2013 and has since established the Company as a leader in its field, Nationally as well as Internationally. Henry not only has Qualifications in Business Management and Software development, but also years of extensive experience in the Electro-Mechanical Engineering as well as IOT. Henry and his wife Hilda together takes on the business responsibilities and they are both proud parents of four children from previous marriages. Starting out in 2013, he joined forces with a local farmer, Jaco du Toit, and together they worked on the Smart-Weigh system. Henry made use of Jaco’s Pack House for sampling and testing of all new innovations, and most of the Smart-Weigh systems developed, can be seen here at Meerlust Farms in the De Doorns Valley, close to Cape Town in South Africa. Since then, Smart-Weigh can now be found in more than 80 packhouses accross the Country, as well as overseas. The list of innovative ideas, products and services has since stretched to other fruit groups like citrus, stone fruit, berries, nuts and many more. Soft-Pro has existing agreements in place with local and International Company Adagin Technology Holding B.V, based in the Netherlands, to expand its footprint both locally and Internationally. “We take no Customer for granted, and we do not buy business. My Customers always comes first. I will make it my mission to listen, consult, and to always try provide the best solution possible. I do not sell my products, they sell themselves.”
